There is a lot of scope for people who know multiple languages. You can take up translation/transcribing profiles with media companies and publishing houses.
If you're interested in profiles in foreign relations, a lot of concerned embassy jobs have a prerequisite for the candidate to be multilingual.

You need to clear GRE/GMAT/TOFEL to get into MS course from foreign university. Doing MBA from a premiere B-School in India is of similar cost as that of doing MS from abroad. As you have completed B.Tech in CSE you can go for computers related subjects like AI and analytics.

There is no fix formula. Such cases are solved selectively.
Nowadays Competition is high so one should have master degree in order to get handsome salary.
I suggest you to go for Master degree after completing your Bachelor's degree.
As per official website of DU SOL,Placement cell is active and average package that offered last year was 2.2LPA,So Prepare well Go through your past academics.Delhi University School of Open Learning is a popular destination for correspondence education and is acceptable for higher studies or jobs as well.
I may suggest you to pick CA, CS or ICWA simultaneously with B.Com so that you have ample opportunities
