Hi Lalu,
Getting a job depends on an individual's skills and qualification. No person, course and university will guarantee you a job. If you do not get a job, well you need to have a back up plan for this matter, may be a course or shift in career, you need to figure out this yourself. Your career plans are yours to decide.

Not necessarily. If you are enrolled in institutes like IIT or IIM you need not worry. Similarly, if the Irish institute you are planning to study in is well known globally you should consider it. An advantage of studying abroad or Ireland in your case is the international exposure and also openings in Europe.

Chances are very competitive and will depend on the exams and your qualifications plus knowledge. Clear the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) and the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN) to practice in US and Canada.
