Yes, they might allow you. The decision will depend on the student's profile and his intent of pursuing another Masters degree. You must justify your reasons clearly and must have clear career goals. Ask yourself why you need another M.Sc, it will help you understand your requirements.

DTU admit students on the basis of JEE Mains score and from the next year, 40% weight-age for 12th marks will be abolished, so selection will be purely based on JEE Mains score.

Apart from IIMs to get admission into top 50 B Schools, one needs to have at least 90 percentile or above. Then only there are some chances of getting in these reputed institutes. IIMs are almost closed at 97 percentile and after other colleges go up to 90 percentile. It also depends on your graduation, 10th and 12th scores.

It is my opinion that IGNOU is the best option for MBA in Finance by distance learning. It's course material and content is of International standards. Fee is Rs 1500 per subject. MBA is of 21 courses including Finance electives. It is one of cheapest MBA in India.
