You cannot get admission in a government college. You should try to get admission in a private college.

With this score, it is difficult for you to get admission in NITs but you can still look out for some government colleges that you can get with this score.

Both are different streams. First, you must decide what you want to do. If you want go abroad for job, you can do BAMS in India or in USA. BAMS is having high scope in India also but if after 5 or 8 years you want a job in India, you should go for MBBS.

If you want to live there and work there after your study and want to make connections then my suggestion is to learn at least German A2 level from Goethe. It will also help you to get
admission there. After you get admission, you will be offered to learn German language in your semesters without any fees.
All the best.
Note: Always opt for Goethe institute to learn German language as the embassy only recognize its certificate.

Dear Yashika,
If you love playing with numbers consider pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, economics or business. You must research well on the program structure and see what interests you the most. Some of the best universities you can consider abroad are London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE),
London Business School, New York University (NYU), National University of Singapore (NUS),Princeton University, Imperial College London to name a few.
I am not aware about Indian universities on the whole.
