It is not free Aratrika.
Dentistry programs in these countries take up to 6 years for completion. In Germany, they are not split into Bachelors and Masters degrees. Students must clear the State Examination (Staatsexamen) after course completion. So there is no point looking for MDS courses in Germany unless you want to start afresh. This is the same in case of France too however there are exceptions offering post graduate studies. So, please write to the universities for specific requirements.

Both B.Sc and MBBS are Bachelor's degree, so you pursue either of them. If you are planning for something in research, then the path is B.Sc and M.Sc or M.Tech. You need to decide first.

If you choose the USA, Australia, UK for MBA, then it is better. Otherwise, it is not worthy. Try to get admission in any of the top 20 institutes in India for MBA. It will be a better choice for you in terms of facilities, infrastructure, and career growth.
All the best.

Hello Gurjot,
India is far better than New Zealand for computer engineering. In India, there are lots of good universities which will give you good placement after successful completion of your engineering degree. You can go for Masters in countries like the USA to avail better career prospects.
