There are bright chances; surely, you would get admission for BBA if you were passing your 12th Board examination from Open Schooling and Skill Education (BOSSE) Sikkim with 76%. Some points are passed through for you to get an eligible name for BBA admission.
Minimum Percentage Requirement: Generally, a large number of BBA courses require a minimum percentage in the 12th grade of about 50%-60%. So your 76% will do just fine.
Entrance tests: For some institutes, you must take the entrance test before admission into the BBA program. Look into this with your college of choice.

Basically both universities are good and have the best curriculum but there are many factors to make a good choice. So columbia university is a prestigious educational institute so if a student can afford the expenses then he/she must go for Columbia university. It has best curriculum and also has a great faculty.
