Yes with this score you can get admission in B.com in delhi university, since cutoffs for B.Com are not so high hence you can get.

With this score you can easily get admission in B.com in DU, but if you are looking for admission in B.com Hons course then you may find it with 30% chances of admission if cutoffs goes above 5.
Apart from Du you can look for admission in IP university, Jamia millia, Amity noida

They cannot enrol at two universities full-time at the same time as you would have to surrender your documents to the university you first enrol in. Hope this helps. Thanks.
