Now that is a wrong attitude to go in life. Think about being better than what you were one day ago. Definitely not how much benefit you will get. If you work hard and well, than Sky is the limit.
You do well academically and character wise and knowledge wise you will earn more than anybody. Good luck and be the best.

Dear Mrinmoy. Where are you from? I guess . You are from W.B.
There are many good colleges/Universities in W.B
If you have good marks. try for jadavpur, Presidency, Scotish, St Xaviers etc

Sorry jeevan, I am not from Karnataka so I am not so sure. But I will say these following colleges are pretty decent.
NITK,
MANIPAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,
RV college Bangalore,
And some other colleges in Bangalore which have good placements as well as good connections for research. You can also find the list more precisely on websites like Indian outlook etc. All the best for admissions.
