You can put colleges in priority ie wihchever college you want most should be first and so on

There are many good engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh which includes IIT Kanpur, NIT Allahabad, IIIT Allahabad, HBTI Kanpur, IIT BHU, KNIT Sultanpur, Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College Gorakhpur, IET Lucknow, etc. These very good colleges with very good academic and placements records.
