Yes, VIT Andhra Pradesh University does offer a Bachelor degree programme as  a dual degree programme with Master of Arts. The dual degree programme is offered in a full-time mode. The UG+PG level course lasts for five-year with ten semesters that combines core subjects with a major. However, the BA-MA dual degree comes with an exit option which allows students to earn different degrees provided they fulfill the credit requirements. After successful completion of three years with BA degree and four years with BA (Hons.) degree.

Neet cutoff for MBBS at Hemwanti Nandan Bahuguna Uttrakhand Medical Education University varies for all the four colleges.

For General category students, with AIQ cut-off marks is :

640 for Govt doon medical College 

630 for GMC Haldwani 

625 for VCSG College Srinagar

615 for Almora Medical college 

For Reserved category, cutoff is slightly low and is around 500 for SC and ST category both while for OBC it's 600 marks for year 2023.
