Yes, candidates belonging to the states other than Karnataka can also apply for admission in VTU for MBA and the other courses as well. The university allots its seats on the basis of the scores of national level exams like Karnataka PGCET/CAT/XAT/CMAT etc. Hence, any candidate that meets the eligibility criteria for VTU can take admission in any of the courses offered by the university.

There are about 500+ best MBA colleges in Karnataka. Of these, 363 colleges are privately owned, 41 are owned by public/government organisations and public-private entities own only 2 MBA college. Karnataka PGCET, KMAT, MAT, CAT, CMAT, and XAT are the most accepting entrance exams in top MBA colleges in Karnataka.
IIM Bangalore, T A Pai Management Institute, Christ University, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, etc. are some of the popular MBA colleges in Karnataka.

There are about 50+ best MBBS colleges in Rajasthan. Of these, 33 are government colleges, 13 are private colleges and the remaining 1 is a semi-government college. NEET and Rajasthan NEET are the most accepting entrance exam.
Top colleges include AIIMS Jodhpur, SMS Medical College, Jaipur National University, Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology, National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, etc.
