The steps to retrieve password are given below:
On Forgot Password page, Go to Sign-In page, Login with registered email id and System generated password.
- Enter registered email id
 - Choose the option for Password recovery i.e. OTP via either email or SMS
 - Click to Generate OTP, If OTP is not received within 120 sec then Click to Regenerate OTP
 - Once OTP is received, Enter OTP
 - Enter correct Captcha as displayed in the image
 - On successful Submit, the Candidate will receive a system-generated password on the registered email id
 
The candidate will redirect to the reset password page, he can reset the password and continue to use it for further logins

The candidate's registered email id cannot be changed. However, if the candidate register through new Email id, the candidature will be cancelled due to multiple applications for more than one post in response to one advertisement and the fee will not be refunded.

The candidate has to give details of all the subjects considered by the respective Board of Education for calculation of aggregate percentage. In case of CGPA/ grading system, the candidate has to upload the formula for conversion of CGPA/ Grade into aggregate percentage i.a.w. the conversion formula used by the respective board at Stage-II. Few boards consider all the subjects taken by the candidate for calculation of aggregate percentage. In such cases, candidates must write an e-mail from their registered mail ID mentioning the registration number with the proof of the deduction of money from their account. The exam authority will review and reply.

To fill ICG application form, candidates needs good internet connectivity. Candidates must check their internet connectivity and speed. They should also check whether they have updated internet browser Google Chrome/Internet Explorer etc. Still If you are not able to submit from your Home-PC, go to internet cafe where you will get good speed.

The application/examination fee for UR/EWS/OBC (Non creamy) candidates is Rs. 300/-. SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying the application/examination fee. The applicants can pay the examination fee by Credit/debit card/net banking of all banks.
