IIM Mumbai offers admission to the MBA programme based on the scores obtained in the CAT exam. The CAT 2025 exam will be conducted on November 30. As per IIM MBA's official website, the 2025-27 admissions will open soon. Interested and eligible candidates can then apply.

There are two specialisation courses offered by MBA at IIM Mumbai, the names of the specialisation are MBA in Sustainability Management and MBA in Operation and Supply Chain Management.

The first eligibility criteria that are required for admission to MBA courses at IIM Mumbai is candidates must complete their bachelor's degree with at least an aggregate of 50% and 45% in case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PwD) categories. Additionally, to get selected candidates must secure good scores in the CAT entrance examination.

IIM Mumbai mainly offers 3 course – MBA/PGDM, PG diploma and certificate - which are PG and UG level degrees. For being eligible to MBA/PGDM, the student must have scored 50% aggregate in graduation. The college accepts the scores of CAT for admission to this course. For certificate course, the students must have passed class 12th from CBSE, ICSE or Maharastra HSC. The total tuition fee for MB/PGDM is INR 14 L. For PG Diploma, it is INR 12.5 L.
