No, you cannot get admission to IIT BHU through CUET. The Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), including IIT BHU offers admission based on JEE scores. However, the Banaras Hindu University offers admission to 23 undergraduate courses through CUET UG scores.

IIT BHU EE syllabus include subjects that are focused on core topics of Electrical. It has both theory and practical subjects. With a good course curriculum, the foundation becomes strong. A JEE Advanced rank of 3000 under OBC category can be considered as the decent rank, however, this rank is insufficient to secure BTech in CSE programme in 2024. The average package offered during IIT BHU placements 2026 was INR 29 LPA. In 2025 session, the average package offered was 24.49 LPA. An improving trend was witnessed as compared with previous year.

With a GATE score of 664 and an All India Rank (AIR) of 1364, there was a chance to compete in getting admission into IIT BHU for an M.Tech. program in AI, but competition can be stiff and this isn't guaranteed. A BE/B.Tech/MSc or equivalent degree from any recognized University with at least 6.00 on a 10-point scale or 60% marks in aggregate for candidates belonging to General/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS categories are eligible.
