No, you cannot get admission to IIT BHU through CUET. The Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), including IIT BHU offers admission based on JEE scores. However, the Banaras Hindu University offers admission to 23 undergraduate courses through CUET UG scores.

IIT BHU EE syllabus include subjects that are focused on core topics of Electrical. It has both theory and practical subjects. With a good course curriculum, the foundation becomes strong. Some of the topics that are covereed in the course are Control Systems, Power Electronics, Analysis and Control of Electrical Drives, Converter Applications, Digital Control System, etc. 

As per the elgibility criteria released by the IITs, It is mandatory to have minimum 75% marks (65% for reserved category) in class 12 to take admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.
