For the recent AY (academic year), the application fee for JEE Advanced became slightly higher than the previous year, for enrollment in the BTech course at IIT Varanasi. The application fee is mentioned in the cells below:

For the General AI quota, the JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 for B.Tech admission ranges is 792 and 10727 in the final round. Considering the cutoff range, it is evident that the EWS category had competitive cutoff ranks for admission as compared to the General category students. For the SC category students under the AI quota, the JEE Advanced cutoff ranks varied between 283 and 2261 for core branches, including CSE, Civil, Chemical, etc. For the core branches, mostly the cutoffs are on the higher side for admission. Candidates seeking admission to core branches must target securing a cutoff rank of up to 2000 to improve their chances of admission at IIT BHU.
