International students scholarships at indiana state universities common requirements needed A minimum CGPA maintain a average grade points 4.0 scale .

The acceptance rate at indiana state university is 91.5% and they accepted all students most part.you just need fill the application to get in.but if  you don't reach the all requirement they want  you will be one the very few students who gets rejected .

Purdue University is no doubt a better university than Indiana University Indianapolis. Purdue University ranked at the #43 place among National Universities where Indiana stands at #201. In addition, as per the Shiksha grading, the overall university grade of Purdue is ‘A’, and Indiana got a ‘B+’ overall grade. International students coming from diverse countries must prove their English language proficiency as a basic eligibility to get admission to Indiana University. Students must obtain a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 to be eligible for UG and PG admission. The students must submit scores of TOEFL, Duolingo, and during Indiana University Indianapolis admission. Indiana University awards the Rising Start Scholarship to international female students. This is a one-time scholarship of USD 3,000 and is presented to only one student every other year in Spring as a part of the International Women’s Day Conference. To be eligible for this scholarship, the female international applicants must be a freshman student at the time of nomination and have a CGPA of 3.0.

Yes, IU offers merit scholarships to international students. Global Engagement Scholarships are offered to international freshmen each year. These are the merit-based competitive scholarships that usually ranges from USD 1,000 – USD 11,000 per year. These awards are renewable for four years. The selection for these scholarships is done on the basis of overall assessment of the information provided by students to IU. No separate scholarship application is required.

According to a top-ranking publisher, Indiana University ranks at #73 position in the 2024 rankings for national universities. In 2023, the university was placed at #72 position. Though there is a minor decline in the US University rankings of IU, it has still managed to be placed in the Top 100 Universities in the US in 2024. Apart from the US rankings, IU is placed within the Top 200 Universities in the world in 2025 as per a top-ranking publisher.
