Candidates have to pay the application fee amount to submit the application successfully. For students applying with JEE scores, need to pay the application fee of the entrance exam. The table given below mentions the application fee for the BTech application form of IIIT Delhi:

Moreover, the documents required during the application process are enlisted below:

• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
• Aadhar card/other identity proof
• Category certificate (if applicable)

The IIIT Delhi hostel fees varies with the type of accommodation and the number of occupants. The following are the hostel feels for the academic year 2024-2025:

• Single occupancy: INR 90,000 per semester
• Twin occupancy: INR 68,000 per semester

The hostel fee includes the following:

• Accommodation: The hostel fee includes accommodation in a single, twin, or triple room.
• Mess charges: The hostel fee includes mess charges for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Utilities: The hostel fee includes charges for electricity, water, and internet.
• Other charges: The hostel fee includes charges for security, maintenance, and laundry.

The hostel fee is payable in two installments, one at the beginning of the semester and the other at the end of the semester.
