Its ranking shows a declining trend for the past three years. The institute was ranked by NIRF #75 in 2023 and #69 in 2022. The institute is also the sixth best among NIRF ranked colleges in Delhi in 2024.

Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi accepts JEE Main scores for admission to BTech courses. IIIT Delhi admission 2023 was concluded after the release of JAC Delhi Round 5 Seat Allotment results. IIIT Delhi JEE Main cutoff 2023 was released for multiple specialisations.
