The cut-off for IIIT-Delhi changes every year. Depending on the programme and applicant pool, the cut-off percentile for Computer Science (CSE) usually goes above 98, though ECE or CSAM may demand 95 to 97 percentile.

A high score of above 200-220 JEE Main is more suitable for the most competitive streams. However, lower scores might be acceptable for other courses also. Check previous years trends to fix a definitive goal.

IIIT-Delhi also provides bonus marks for specific extracurricular achievements that can improve the chances of admission. Official notifications should be referred to for the accurate criteria.
