Indrashil University is generally considered a Tier 3 institution in India. While it has received recognition for its academic efforts, such as being ranked 107th in the Times of India 2024 Engineering Rankings and 48th in Outlook's 2024 State Private University category, it does not feature in the top tiers of national rankings like the NIRF. Therefore, while it may offer quality education in certain areas, it is not classified among India's Tier 1 or Tier 2 universities.
