Hi.

IPv4 (Internet Protocol version 4) and IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) are both protocols used for addressing devices in a network, but they differ in several key aspects. Here are the main differences between IPv4 and IPv6:

1. Address Length

  • IPv4:

    • 32-bit address length.

    • Uses 4 decimal octets (e.g., 192.168.0.1).

    • Can accommodate a maximum of approximately 4.3 billion unique addresses.

  • IPv6:

    • 128-bit address length.

    • Uses 8 groups of 4 hexadecimal digits (e.g., 2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334).

    • Can accommodate approximately 340 undecillion (3.4*10²⁸) unique addresses, which is an astronomically larger number.

2. Addressing Sch

Hi.

After the NIMCET (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test) results are declared, the next step involves filling preferences for the MCA programs at various participating NITs (National Institutes of Technology).

Here's how the preference filling process generally works after the NIMCET result:

Steps to Fill Preferences after NIMCET Result:

  1. Check the NIMCET Result:

    • The NIMCET result is typically available on the official website: NIMCET Official Website.

    • Check your rank and eligibility for counseling and seat allotment.

  2. Counseling Registration:

    • Once the results are out, NIMCET will announce the counseling schedule.

    • You will need to register for counsel

Hi.

Placement Support

  • The college does have a placement cell that facilitates internships and job opportunities and conducts training/soft‑skills activities to help students prepare for the job market.

Placement Strength

  • On popular college review platforms, the overall placement rating of the college (across all courses) is about 3.0 out of 5, based on student reviews, which suggests a moderate placement environment.

  • There aren't clear official statistics specifically for BCA placements publicly available online. One Q&A page asking precisely this question does not yet have an answer, indicating limited publicly shared data about BC
