From my experience at GIBS, international exposure was not just about foreign trips. We got to see the global side of business in different ways:
We had international webinars and sessions, so we could hear different views from people outside India.
There were foreign professors and international speakers who joined some of the sessions and VAPs.
We also got opportunities to attend international-level conferences and discussions, which was a nice change from regular classroom learning.
Hearing about businesses and ideas from a global perspective helped me understand that the things we learn are not limited to the Indian market.
