Hello Rutuja Gourthakur, I don't think that ICT has wherewithal to fund aspirations of each and every startup. However there are other funding options available like banks or angel investors who are on the lookout for promising start ups to fund their ventures. You will need to scout for such investors. As per my knowledge, ICT Mumbai is a great knowledge centre for Chemical Engineering guys. On the other hand, it also depends which NIT your referring. NIT Rourkela, Warangal, Tirchi, Surathkal are also equally good.
