Hi Cristina, every year the cutoff of colleges changes so if you want to know the cutoff details then you can visit the official site of the college or university or check the last year cut off. Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSSA) does not conduct counseling for admission to Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. It is actually conducted by Maharashtra Common Entrance Technology I. e. MHT CET.

Yes, you can. There is 10-15% reservation for PCM students in every pharmacy college.
