Yes, IHM Mumbai offers a one-year long PG Diploma programme. The diploma course is offered in Hotel Consultancy. Admission to the PG Diploma course is merit-based. Candidates seeking admission must fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements, i.e., he/she must hold a valid UG degree or diploma in relevant stream.

For IHM Mumbai UG Diploma course admission, there is no age limit set by the institute. So the interested candidates can apply without worry. Also keep in mind that the minimum qualification that is required for admission is Class 12 or equivalent pass with English as a core subject in the qualifying class.
