No, maths is not compulsory for BSc HHA admission into IHM Mumbai. For admission to this course, Sudents has to meet the eligibility criteria that is set for NCHMCT JEE examination. The eligibility criteria for the entrance exam is as here:
The Students need to pass Class 12 or an equivalent exam from a recognised board. Also the student should have studied English in Class 12. The age limit is 25 years and SC/ST category Students are given a relaxation of up to 3 years.

IHM Mumbai BSc admission process is entrance-based. Candidates fulfilling the required eligibility criteria are selected for admission based on their score in the NCHMCT JEE examination. This national-level exam is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), annually. Aspirants who meet the eligibility criteria can visit the NTA official website to fill out the NCHMCT JEE application form to get admission at IHM Mumbai.

The minimum eligibility criteria for IHM Mumbai certificate courses are Class 12 pass or equivalent from a recognised board. But for the Hunar Se Rozgar certificate courses, the students have to complete a minimum of Class 8. Also the Aspirants must be between 18 and 28 years old.

For B.Sc. programme at IHM Mumbai, candidates must have passed HSC (10+2) examination with minimum 50% marks and English as a subject.
Admission to B.Sc. is granted on the basis of NCHMCT JEE score followed by counselling.
Candidates seeking admission to Diploma courses must have completed HSC (10+2) with English as one of the main subjects.
