Interior designer can work with an organisation or freelance to help clients in designing and decorating their homes & offices. If you wish to enter this field you should be creatively inclined, have an eye for detail, and bespatially inclined (Individual with a high aptitude for identifying 2-D/ 3-D structures which are a prerequisite for a career in designing). To pursue your Bachelors/ Masters in Interior Designing you will have to undergo entrance exam conducted by various institutions. In the entrance exam, you will be assessed on design aptitude, perception, logical reasoning, general proficiency, etc. Written exam is followed by personal interview. (In some universities, you will also be required to showcase your portfolio).
