IPMAT stands for the Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test. It is a National level entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM-Indore), IIM Rohtak. This exam is conducted to offer admission into its five-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM). 

Yes, 12th PCM students can give IPMAT examination. To be eligible to appear in the exam, the applicants should have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examinations. 

Exam pattern - 

Quantitative Ability (MCQs) - 40 minutes 
Verbal Ability - 40 minutes 
Quantitative Ability (SA) - 40 minutes

For admissions into IIM Indore, Ranchi, and other participating universities, you must clear the IPMAT Indore exam with qualifying marks

For IIM Rohtak, you must clear IPMAT Rohtak exam

Similarly, for IIM Bodh Gaya and Jammu, you must clear JIMPAT exam

  • To improve your vocabulary and grammar, be sure to read the newspaper for at least 45 minutes daily. 
  • Start your preparation by allotting a specific amount of time to each topic and finishing them all on time. 
  • Additionally, frequently practise as many questions from last year's papers. 

IPMAT Study Plan for Logical Reasoning - 

  • Prepare in advance. 
  • Make sure to allot at least 1-2 hours for the logical reasoning section if you're taking the IPM Rohtak exam.

Definitely yes. IPMAT is best way to get the tag of IIM MBA as the competition is less and one get good level of knowledge though this course.

In IPMAT candidates are provided with a rough sheet or a scribble pad for rough work and calculations. This is done to enable candidates to solve formula-based questions and other numerical problems. Candidates are not allowed to carry any page or sheet of paper with them into the examination hall.
