IPMAT answer key is released online on the official website of IIM Indore. Candidates can raise objections against the IPMAT answer key after they are released the and objection filing window has opened. The authorities release a provisional IPMAT answer key and then also a final answer key after the objection filing window closes. Read below to know how to download the IPMAT answer key:

  • Visit the official website of IIM Indore
  • Click on the login window for the candidates
  • Login using the email Id and password 
  • Choose the question set and click submit
  • The IPMAT answer key will be displayed on the screen

Minimum eligibility criteria for IPMAT is a score of at least 60 per cent in both Class 10 and Class 12 or equivalent for General and NC-OBC categories. Candidate should have scored a minimum of 55% in case of SC, ST and PWD DA categories. 

Also, they should be a maximum of 20 years of age as of July 31, 2026.

The IPMAT exam is conducted by the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. The exam is conducted once every year for admission to the five year integrated programme in management. Students applying for the IPMAT exam can choose only test centre. And the IPMAT test city cannot be changed once the form has been submitted and also during the form correction window. The details of the IPMAT  test centre will be mentioned on the IPMAT admit card along with the date and time of the exam and the students will also be informed via SMS or email. The IPMAT exam is conducted in as many as 28 test cities namely:

Yes, students who have completed IPMAT registration process and paid application fee can make correction. Only a few field of the form are editable and there is a limit on the number of corrections that can be made.

IPMAT registration fee can be paid only online. There is no provision of paying the application fee offline. Candidates need to pay the application fee online in order to complete the IPMAT application form. The candidates applying for the IPMAT exam must note that the IPMAT application process is completely online from filling the IPMAT application form till paying the application fee. There is no offline communication. The application fee for IPMAT is INR 4130. The application fee for IPMAT can only be paid online using a credit card, debit card, internet banking or UPI. Candidates who wish to appear for IPMAT exam must follow process mentioned below to know how to register for exam and log in to IIM Indore website:

  • Go to website of IIM Indore

  • Click on registration link for IPMAT 2026

  • Candidate needs to generate a User ID and password using details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, etc. 

  • This User ID and password will also be sent to candidate through registered email and SMS
