Candidates require the following documents for IPMAT counselling process: -

  • IPMAT Admit Card
  • IPMAT Scorecard
  • Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile certificate (if required)
  • Photo ID proof
  • Passport-sized photographs, etc.

The candidates who have cleared the IPMAT exam and met the cutoff criteria must appear for the IPMAT counselling process along with the above mentioned documents in order to secure a seat in IIM Indore's Five Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM).

The IPMAT counselling process begins after the IPMAT provisional short list is released. Candidates who qualified for the IPMAT counselling must follow the steps below to complete the counselling registration:

  1. Visit the official website of IIM Indore
  2. Click on the button reading 'New Registration'
  3. Fill in the IPMAT application number and date of birth

The counselling process typically involves document verification, seat allocation based on merit, and choice filling. However,  a general outline of how the IPMAT counselling process is typically conducted is as follows:

IPMAT counselling process is conducted in about 8 cities all over the country. The admission committee of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, decides the number of counselling cities. To manage the Sectional cutoff of the IPMAT first you have to understand the exam pattern. You have study with proper pattern by giving proper time . You should remain calm and composed. And try your best .

The medium of IPMAT question paper is English. The structure of the IPMAT exam has not changed from the past few years. The latest IPMAT question paper structure is as follows:

  • The IPMAT exam will be conducted in the computer-based test. The duration of the exam is 120 minutes (2 hours).
  • The exam consists of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and Short-Form Questions carrying four marks each.
  • The questions are from two different sections, namely Verbal Ability and Quantitative Aptitude. The QA section is divided into two parts.
  • There is a negative marking of one mark for each incorrect answer. The total marks for the exam are 100.
