It is difficult to suggest without any relevant information from your end, based your grades, you can look out for less competitive countries such as Poland, Portugal, Ireland, etc.You can further bring more options depending on what you want to study, etc.

You must provide a strong statement of activity justifying your gap, Irish universities are not so competitive but if you have a wasted gap of four years then you must provide supporting statements about it and that you are ready to study after this gap.Additional entrance test may be required, talk directly with some universities, get in touch with the admission representatives and they will help you.

You have completed your 12th on 2010 and now in 2017 you want go to Ireland for doing engineering. Right? The concerned University in Ireland is bound to ask as to what you did in all these 7 years,? If you can satisfy then surely yes!

Without work experience, you can apply to M.Sc Business Administration or Management courses not MBA which are mainly for executives abroad. You can check here for more requirements and procedure. Take your IELTS:
