You must ask the college where you're applying. Email and ask them if it is mandatory for them. Even if they say IELTS is not important to them, the visa issuing Embassy might still require you to write IELTS.

Ireland has a good market for IT professionals and as a data analyst you have a good scope. You will get opportunities but getting a job will completely depend on how you fare in your academics, your project works, internships, etc. You have to network well.

Hi Rishav,
Either IELTS or TOEFL is compulsory if you are planning to study abroad, particularly the countries you mentioned. You may still write to the universities and see if they can waive it off based on your scores. Otherwise check for English language pathway programs , please check with the universities about such courses.
