Yes, you can take admission, only if you have management quota or Trust quota. Otherwise, you have to be appear in WBJEE examination. To get your preferable branch in this university, you have to score 120 out of 200, which will be a good score.

However admissions normally are effected only based on eligibility which is GATE for all students including quota students.
