Jamia Millia Islamia Counselling

Once the aspirants are shortlisted for BTech programme based on JEE Main score, they need to come for counselling and document verification round. Candidates need to bring the below documents for verification:

• Jamia Hamdard application form
• Class 12 marksheet
• JEE Main scorecard
• SC/ ST Category Certificate (if any)
• State and National Sports Player Certificate (if any)
• Person with Disability (PwD) Certificate (if any)

Once the candidates are shortlisted for BBA programme based on CUET-UG score, they need to come for counselling and document verification round. Aspirants need to bring the below documents for verification:

• Jamia Hamdard application form
• Class 12 marksheet
• CUET-UG scorecard
• SC/ ST Category Certificate (if any)
• State and National Sports Player Certificate (if any)
• Person with Disability (PwD) Certificate (if any)

During the counselling candidates are required to bring these documents: 
Registration Form, Admit Card, Two recent passport size photographs, Proof of Permanent Address with the name of the nearest police station and district, Proof of passing the qualifying examination along with the marksheets, Proof of Age, Character Certificate from the institution last attended, Certificate from a doctor or hospital certifying blood group, Category certificate (If applicable), Certificate/Affidavit from gazetted officer (in case of gap period), and Result of qualifying examination.

For admission 2022, Jamia Milia Islamia was accepting applications for CUET-UG counselling for undergraduate courses till Sep 26. The registration window closed as per the set schedule followed by the release of seat allotment results/merit list for different courses. For admission 2023, the application process for CUET UG took place between February and March and the further admission process will be conducted after the release of the CUET UG result.
