Jamia Hamdard is a government-funded university. It offers a five-year integrated course of BA LLB via its School of Law, Hamdard Institute of Legal Studies and Research. The total seat intake for this course is 120, where seats are reserved in a 50-50 ratio to Muslim and other candidates. The university provides facilities such as Smart Classrooms, Moot Court Room, Seminar Hall, etc., for the smooth and advanced learning of candidates. Candidates should have passed a Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Abeejay Stay University appears to charge different fees for different courses. The first-year fee for the BBA Hons. programme is 2.6 lakhs, while the fee for the Ph.D. programme is 1.2 lakhs.
