Yes JMI do offer B.Ed in distance mode but for that you have to appear in a entrance test conducted by CDOL (Centre for Distance and Open Learning). Candidate need to have completed their graduation or master's before applying to this course.

I personally advise you that if your financial situation is good and you can afford your next 3 years then go for regular college but the reputed ones like JMI,DU IP but do not opt it from private colleges and if you're interested in government exams then choose the course accordint to that.
Covid 19 has created more demands in healthcare sector than any other one so if you have science at +2 level then do consider the same. Don't panic be patient and choose what you need to be in next 5 years, eliminate your multiple interested and get involved in your passion only then life is everything otherwise it's nothing.

Jamia M.A. HRM is a good option as brand value is high & fees us very low. Also, the college provide decent placement opportunities. So, it is a good option. With CAT score of 70-80 you can try few other good b school like LPU, IPE, NIA, BIMTECH etc. Also, distance PGDM in HR from Symbosis, IGNOU, Kurushetra university along with job is also a good option.
