This is very tough. You can apply next year with better preparation or you can try in some other college this year.

The chances are very shallow. Cut-off vary every year.

I think, with this rank, it will be difficult to get in even with the OBC quota.

Yes, there is Kashmiri quota and Muslim women quota, you can get admission through any of it.
