Hello Nishar Ahmed, Janki Devi Memorial College was established in the year 1959 by Shri Brij Krishna Chandiwala, a well known industrialist of the time, in the memory of his mother Shrimati Janki Devi. Since them college has come up in a big way and commands quite bit of respect and following in the students community. Hostel Fee is calculated based on 1st year. The actual amount may vary. The fees might include components other than hostel fees. A Meal Plan is included in the mentioned fee of around INR 4.07 Lacs per 3 years of course. Our college has a placement cell. They organize various seminars and workshops. The average salary package offered ranges between INR 3 LPA - INR 5 LPA.

Yes, getting admission to Janki Devi Memorial College DU can be considered a bit difficult. To be eligible for any course, you will have to meet the minimum eligibility criteria i.e. a minimum of 50% marks in the previous class and secure valid marks in the CUET exam. Almost 70% of students get placed every year. The average package was INR 7 LPA, and the average package offered in our course was INR 5 LPA, and has decent placement opportunities, especially in fields like commerce, humanities, and social sciences. However, the specific quality of placements can vary from year to year and also depend on individual student efforts and qualifications. They have better placements when compared to another college from the past 2 years.

Janki Devi Memorial College (JDMC), affiliated with the University of Delhi, had its 2022 placement report released.
