You can go for MnC at IIT Patna but I would say you should aim for top IITs with Electrical or ECE.

You can get IIT Delhi Energy engineering. Also in IIT Kanpur you can get Aerospace and in IIT BHU you can get Civil engineering. Many IITs are open at this rank. Best of luck.

Usually, the admission process for majority of courses starts in the month of May and ends in July. However, for many courses admission process is through entrance exam and counseling process. Interested candidate can apply for both online and offline form by filling up required information and submitting online and offline as required. Admission is based on merit and eligibility criteria.

Candidates born on or after October 1, 1997 fulfill the JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria 2022 and become eligible for the exam. However, candidates who fall under categories such as SC, ST and PwD are provided with five years relaxation. Thus, candidates belonging to these categories should be born on or after October 1, 1992.

Considering you are a PWD Student, with 31 percentile, you have a very good chance to qualify JEE Main and be eligible for JEE Advanced.

Only the top 2,50,000 exam qualifiers will be able to take the JEE Advanced. To put it another way, a high JEE Main score qualifies you for the JEE Advanced exam. AJEE Main score of 250 or higher is regarded as good and AJEE Mains score of 85-95 percentile is ideal for getting into NITs and IITs through the exam.

IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT BHU Varanasi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Patna. Yes, you can admission in top 7 IITs but you have to compromise on your branch.
