There is certain qualifying criteria for being eligible to appear JEE advance examination. You have to qualify JEE Main at least like you have to clear cutoff according to your category then you are good to go.

Yes, why not you definitely give JEE Main 2018. You can attempt JEE Main 3 times and JEE Advance 2 times.

Hii Rehaan, If you have passed your class 12th in 2020, you are eligible to write JEE Mains in 2020, 2021 and 2022. You can write JEE Advanced only for 2 years after completion of your class 12th. That is in 2020 and 2021. So you cannot attempt JEE Advanced in 2022.

Under 4500 rank (not considering any branch) in JEE advance can give a seat in Bombay. For that, you need to more than 40% marks.
