100 is sufficient to get IIT, but I am not sure that you will get a CS branch, you can get into BS in Physics or Maths or else ocean and naval architecture course, and it is also good.

You are correct. Admission in IITs are based on All India Ranks. While admissions in NITs and GFTIs are based on various quota like home state, Other state and All India etc. So you are correct.

The last year qualifying JEE Main cutoff for ST candidates was 44.33, here 10-15% increase or decrease are possible which is depends upon various factors like difficulty level and number of students appears in exams etc. Hence lets be hopeful every thing will be fine.
