You are not likely to be eligible for JEE Advanced because the cutoff percentile for JEE Advanced is usually higher, even with an 81.9 percentile in JEE Main 2022 and being from the OBC-NCL category. The total number of candidates and the distribution of scores will determine your OBC-NCL rank; however, in order to assure eligibility, it is usually advised to aim for a higher percentile.

You would most likely not be eligible for JEE Advanced if you have an OBC Common Rank List (CRL) rank of 231,000 in JEE Mains. The JEE Advanced exam is typically only accessible to the top 2.5 Lacs candidates from JEE Mains, meaning that the cutoff is typically substantially higher. Nevertheless, depending on your OBC category rank and the admissions requirements of certain universities, you can still apply through JEE Mains for admission to a number of NITs, IIITs, and other engineering colleges.

No. Candidates who appeared in Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in 2023, are NOT eligible to appear in JEE Advanced 2025. Candidates who passed Class 12 in 2024 or 2025 are eligible for JEE Advanced 2025. Since you have appeared for class 12 boards for the first time in 2023 you are NOT eligible for JEE Advanced 2025.
