It's very nice to hear from you that you want to take admission in a college that accepts JEE Mains ranking as the criteria for giving admission. Yes, there are plenty of private or other engineering colleges in India which accept students for admission based on their ranking in JEE Mains. I am attaching a link that will give you the complete list of such colleges including of course IIT and NIT which you can ignore if you want.

You have indeed received good percentile in IIT JEE Mains examination. However your 50% in class 12th may put some restrictions on your getting admission to many colleges across India government or private or both. However to help you I am attaching a link that will predict college for you based on your percentile. As per the information brochure release by NTA, the online submission of application forms will start from 08 February to 07 March. Keep an eye on the official website www.nta.ac.in or www.jeemain.nic.in.
