No, both the application fees are for different purposes and can not be used to substitute one or the other. JEE Main application fee is for aspirants to appear for the entrance exam, whereas, Kashmir University BTech application fee is for candidates to apply for admission into the programme. Therefore, once candidates have applied for JEE Main entrance exam they will have to apply again once they take admission into Kashmir University.

Candidates can face difficulty in payment of application fees due to various reasons like
- Slow internet connectivity while paying the fees
- Slow bank server
- Insufficient balance in bank
In case any candiate faces issues while trying to pay JEE Main application fees, they should try paying the fees after some time. Candidates can also try logging out the application form process once and then try paying application fee again after logging in. Candidates can pay JEE Main application fees using any one of the following method
- Credit/debit card of any nationalised bank
- Internet banking
- UPI
- Paytm
Before paying the application fee, candidates should check whether there is requisite balance in the Bank Account / Wallet/Debit/credit card. In case any candidate faces difficulty in the payment of application fees, they can contact NTA helpline number.

NTA accepts only online mode - Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking to pay the fees of JEE Main Entrance Examination. No other form of payment is acceptable.
