There is no registration fee for taking part in JOSSA counselling. But after getting a seat if you want to accept the seat you have to pay seat acceptance fee and after getting admission through JOSSA conuselling your paid money will be considered as admission fee. Example:- If you paid (x) as seat acceptance fee and institute in which you are going to take admission charging you (y) as an admission fee, then you have to pay (y-x) for admission. I hope you are doing good. Going through your questio, you wrote you got zero in JEE. I would like to tell you that it is really difficult to get good college using these marks. You search for some colleges who accept the zero mark. If you don't get good college and still want to go fro Engineering rather than applying for low level criteria college. I recommend you to go for Polytechnic which is a Diploma course.
