Without any preparation means it's hard to qualify in JEE Mains but there are less chances for qualifying in EAMCET. But just qualifying doesn't gives you anything, so you have to work hard for reaching your goals. Without working, you can't get anything.

It depends on the performance and difficulty level of the paper. So it's purely based on the ranks and ranks cutoff also differs somewhat every year.

If the question has 2 possible answers, there will be clear instructions for that. Else, if you mark 2 answers in normal question having only one answer, no marks will be awarded for that. That answer is considered to be incorrect.

Yes, you can go for state exams for the university. It is conducted every year around month of May. For MIT WPU the exam name is MHCET. It is an exam conducted by Maharashtra state government.

Scoring 67.7% in class 12th will not lead you to land up in any IIT/NIT/SPA, and as you have not given NATA, you will not get any good private college either, but some high-end universities in architecture like Poornima University-Jaipur, Amity University, Manipal, etc., will give you the opportunity based on your JEE Mains Paper 2 score.
