Yes, you have sufficient marks and enough rankings to be able to get into MITS Gwalior. Also, if you are from Madhya Pradesh itself, try for MANIT Bhopal too as home -state quota may lend you a seat there.

With BMS College, it will likely not be possible as the no. of seats are limited and there are lots of reservation and other categories which left a handful of categories for the General students . Also, it accepts only NATA scores and with the mains scores mentioned, the student is likely to get into one of the NITs be it Bhopal NIT, Kozhikode NIT and Calicut NIT.

Do not worry about your JEE marks. There are lots of colleges and the universities that gives admissions without JEE. You can choose various colleges for B.Tech. You can choose aeronautical engineering or petroleum engineering as you love PCM. All the best for your future and search the colleges on Shiksha.com.

Sorry, but with these marks, you won't be able to get into MVNIT with your rank. Also , it'll not be possible with any of the government institutes. Kindly go for private universities with B.Arch courses which have big placements records or try for a drop.
