Yes, it is compulsory to give exams such as NATA or JEE Part 2.

Yes, of course. By verifying the official website of Akash IIT, you can get it. If not, then try some other websites like fitzee, Narayana or simply you can get them in play store much easier. Go to play store and type keep Mains previous papers and you can get a lot of apps that provides up-to previous papers of JEE Mains with solutions.

You can only apply when you are in 12th or you have cleared 12 class. It is the entrance exam for engineering in order to get a seat in the IIIT, NIT, GFTI'S etc. You can only apply in JEE entrance exam when you have PCM as a main subjects. Best of luck

No, you can't get admission as your 12th percentage is low, but yes you can get state government colleges as I guess some of them don't require a high percentage.
