Yes, you can get, but you have to wait for the last round of the counselling, as in the first round you might not get that, as in the first round student try to find for the best and hence they block 2-4 seats in best institute but till the last round they are confirmed that they have to go in that particular college so all other seat left vacant and then lower rank students get that.

Every examination is in their one prospective, but NEET and JEE is known as the toughest examination of India, so DGCA examination are not much tough as NEET and JEE.

Everything depends upon the counseling results. You have to wait for all the rounds. My suggestion would be don't just get fixed on a particular location. You can go for another location.

As per 2017 cut-off, your rank is very good and 2017 cut-off was 4842. So you can easily get admission and in 12th minimum 75% is required.

For the OBC and general students, the minimum marks are the same i.e. 75% to be eligible for JEE Mains based colleges.

You just go and visit the JEE official website and there you can find out the JoSAA opening and closing rank of each and every college so from that you can get the exact idea over there.

I will not demotivate you, but with this mark and rank it's not possible to get a government architecture college as they all close under 3000 rank and 230+ marks.
