You can also apply for good colleges like Thapar if you have a good board score but with a category rank of 324312 in JEE Mains you should think of private colleges as finding government colleges is tough.

CSE/IT in NITS is almost not possible but non core branches are possible in last round/spot round. Also newer IIITs have options, you can try ECE/IT in new IIITs also. You can give VITEEE exam otherwise in general category. All the courses with integrated M.Tech are tough to get in 95000 rank
